RCW tests every address before guaranteeing service. There is no charge to have their techs come to your address to run a quick test. This will be done AFTER service has been opened up to the general public in your area. Please do not call them to test before service is being offered.
They do not schedule tests as all testing is completed from outside. Simply call RCW to have them come check, and they will do so as they have time.
