For Full Time Residents: All billing cycles start on the 1st of the month. RCW does not charge pro-rate for signing up in the middle of the month. Invoices are emailed on the 1st and the invoices are due by the 10th of the month. On the 17th a $15.00 late fee is added to the account.
For Part Time Resident: You will set up service through Yellow Banks Lake, and have automatic billing set up.
